Great location, short easy walk to Termini station and Cavour Metro stop. Excellent communication from stefano and he facilitated an early drop off of bags. Apt itself is clean, modern and well equipped. A great choice for a stay in Rome

I stayed here with my daughters. Stefano was very helpful, the place was really clean, and we were just 15 minutes away from the Colosseum! Highly recommended.

Stefano was a great host and very accommodating. We appreciated the effort he took to greet us and make sure we were comfortable. It’s a great location with lots around. Walking distance to the train station, colosseum and Trevi fountain. The only thing that could be improved is we found the air conditioning was not very strong. But overall we were very happy with our stay.

My daughter and I were planning to stay 2 nights at the Urban Guesthouse, its located 8 mins walk from the train station which we found very practical at the time. Upon arrival, the property manager greeted us and checked us in. Everything went well so far. I did noticed a strange smell coming from the bathroom but was too distracted/tired from travelling to make anything of it. We left the guesthouse soon after we checked in to roam around the streets on Monti. When we got back the smell was much stronger but we were too tired and it was too late to do anything about it. The room is on the main floor of a busy streets so all night and starting at 5am we would hear all the trucks and vehicles drive by. It was not restful night and alongside the unpleasant smell, I decided I could not stay another night. I booked another place and informed the property manager. It was an unfortunate but our stay was unpleasant and loud.

Nice stay

We went for a few days to Rome and our stay was Great. Stephano helped us a lot and the hotel is very well located , near to all the main attractions in Rome. Room nice with space and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay here and would stay again! Clean, modern, & host was very welcoming. Location was very walkable to all the main attractions in Rome. Host gave us a map and showed us a few dinner recommendations on it.

They changed it after my stay but it listed parking on site which is why I got the room. Showed up and ended up paying a lot for parking. Deceptive summary online and I was told it was messed up in translation which does not help me. Also had a flight delay and barely got there by 10 and he warned he was leaving so you could be without a room if you don’t show up on time.
