The room is not large, but it is very clean and conveniently located. All the sights of Rome are quite close by.

Our hosts were amazing. Despite a miscommunication on our part, they welcomed us early and allowed us to store our bags. The room is very small but had all we needed. The elevator takes you OR your luggage, not both together. Location was great- walking distance to Badilica and Vatican, good nearby restaurants and also close to the Cipro metro station for easy transfer to the colosseum. One challenge- there is no signage for this property so it was hard to find. We had to ask several people after our taxi driver dropped us ont wrong side of the piazza. And there is a gated entry requiring keys so if you aren’t well coordinated you could not get in. Also on the way out someone has to go to unlock the gate to leave and then return the keys. So traveling alone, this would be hard to do with any luggage or without propping doors open while unattended.

Place is great! Johnny is so kind and help us with anything that we need. The place is from 5 minutes walk from the Vatican museum. The metro is like also 5 minutes walk.
