Hotel Tiber Rooftop & Wellness
Hotel is fairly beaten up, with black marks on the walls. Towel warmer did not work. Pillows were flat and hard. Bed was hard. Beds are pushed together singles and separate when sleeping on them. Front staff was not friendly at all, they did not tell us about any amenities or suggest the spa or restaurant. ...
