"Unfortunately the hot water wasn’t working most of my stay and I had someone in my room when I was out working on the hot water for the room next door. I felt irritated that someone was in my room when I was out with all my personal stuff inside. It’s fine it’s it’s one of the cleaners"

"The property is literally steps away from Trevi Fountain. The location is great, however the property is old. It’s a boutique hotel with no elevator. It rained the last day and we were on the top floor and there was a good size leak in the kitchenette area."

"Room was pretty cute! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The hotel is super close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Metro isn’t far away so the hotel is close to everything you may need! It’s was a great stay and breakfast was pretty tasty!"
