“Nice to stay in the main Hutton House but also get to enjoy the bar and open air restaurant along the river, just a short walk away.”

“good qulities. Clean”

“Our tv was not working ac and heating was weird unit was seating on the floor and vent on the ceiling was out of control and front desk was unable to do anything.”

“Its average”

“The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was suitable for elderly guests such as my mother. The buffet breakfast was excellent too”

“This was my first time at this property. My room was not in the Beekman Arms but in its sister property a few blocks away. The room was large and nicely decorated, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and soap, shampoo and towels were supplied in abundance. Breakfast was included and consisted of all sorts of breads, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juiced coffee and teas. This was served in a separate building near the residential building Our room was on...

“We had an exceptional stay here! The room was huge, clean, and the amenities top notch! Staff were friendly, engaging, and they could not have been more welcoming! Our spa experiences were more than wonderful, and the spa itself is one to experience for sure! An evening at the bar for dinner was heightened by exceptional service provided by Bella! We undoubtedly look forward to returning soon!”

“My room was very big and location excellent”

“This place was a complete mess smelled like straight mold the second we opened the door. There were dirty damp bath towels all laid out on the bathroom floor growing mold. The shower filled with black mold the ceiling. Also black mold. I wouldent let my dog sleep there. Closed the door and had to sleep in the truck cause we checked in late at night.”

“There is nothing special about this property but it is FINE if you just need a clean, no frills place to rest your head. It is reasonably priced, too. There was a TV, and a clean microwave and a clean mini-fridge. The busy road is not far, even though the motel is set back, and the rooms are in a line so you inevitably hear the slammed door of your neighbors. Convenient with lots of businesses nearby.”

“I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...

“Wir waren begeistert vom Zimmer mit dem tollen Balkon und Blick auf den Wasserfall. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und das ganze Hotel sehr angenehm und schick. Auch das wir das Spa mitnutzen konnten war ein großes Plus. Das Hotel Restaurant = lecker, toller Service und die Lage direkt am Wasserfall.”

“The rooms are not particularly sound proof. We listened to people walk upstairs night after night. Overall, fine. Expensive for what it is though.”

“Be aware it is a classic 2-story “motor lodge” with doors opening on to the parking lot, but if you are okay with that the rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and well appointed, and the staff is super helpful. Would stay there again.”
