โGreat service, front desk staff were great and customer service was excellent, the pool guy โsorry forgot his name all I remember he was Cuban lol ๐ very polite and so helpful, the pool was nice and very clean, the barbecue grill was a big plus , definitely worth it ! โ
โThe rooms were kept nice and clean. There was no elevators to get to the 2nd floor. It wasn't an issue for us but if you have issues with stairs I recommend asking for a 1st floor room. The staff was friendly and was in walking distance of a couple great places to eat!โ
โHad the absolute best time at Bellasera with my husband and three kids. The service at this resort is outstanding. We would love to give a shout out to Mike, the driver. Heโd take us to and from the beach and always had great stories to share. My kids still talk about him few weeks later. We canโt wait to go back. โ
โWe stayed in the cottages for 14 nights. Cottage was very spacious, however it was very dark inside and had no view except for a bunch of trees. Curtains and windows need to be cleaned. This was very disappointing to us. We didnโt spend much time in the room so that made it better. Hotel is beautiful, workers are very nice, and location was perfect

โThe personnel working, whether be on the front desk or the ladies cleaning the pool equipment were always the most pleasant. Unfortunately, this go around the weather did not hold up as it basically was raining every day, but our last two out of seven. But at least we didnโt have to get out of Dodge early, so to speak, as we did last fall when the second of those two major hurricanes blew through.โ
