“Upon checkout, the desk clerk was preoccupied. I waited 10 minutes and she just kept saying she was sorry while she was on the phone and not talking to the person on the other end of the line. I finally gave up and dropped the key cards, and left. Everything else during our stay was great.”

“We only stayed one night as we were in Anacortes to take the ferry to the San Juans, but we will absolutely stay at the Marina Inn again should we venture up that way. The staff was super friendly, room was exceptionally clean, and they take hospitality very seriously. They had fresh baked cookies in the lobby at check-in, and after we'd been in the room about 15 minutes, the front desk called to make sure everything was to our liking. Just a very well run operation staffed by very nice humans.”

“the front desk had no idea about service animals, I tried to even show the law to him, I don't know if the owner knew either it took forever, but it did work out ok in the end, but I would think you're going to run a motel, you should know the laws. There were no amenities so can't speak on it, no air conditioner, very basic but fairly clean, I wouldn't say it's horrible by no means, a lot worse, but don't expect anything because there is absolutely nothing.”

“The manager was responsive and it was quiet. There were some cleanliness and general maintenance issues. The tub drain was full of hair, tub faucet handle fell off, bulb burned out. One of the mattresses needs replacing. Needs a good, deep cleaning. Coffee was good.”

“I'll start with the two positives: it's cute on the outside and the front desk guy was friendly and check in was quick. There were no positives after getting to the room. The place is run down and filthy. The floors were so dirty that my white socks were black on the bottom from walking on them and the bathroom was just gross. I do not recommend if you like a clean place to stay - so disappointing.”
