Top Terrace in the downtown view was breathtaking they do have a elevator but there was no access to it we had to climb 4 floors. the garage door opener was not working also the garage door close and open on its own after a couple of minutes they put only one face towel and one napkin for bathroom if there is a two people per bedroom they should at least provide Two Face towels and two napkins. "Well when we arrived the codes they assigned us did not work, not even the codes to the lock box. We called and emailed and couldn’t get a hold of anyone for over an hour. Once they called us it was great, the place needs abit of pest control. We walked into a house full of nats. The remote controls to the the tvs didn’t work due to dead batteries of being so old the batteries leaked. Oh and the dryer doesn’t work because it appears someone wired it up wrong. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia.
