"The location of Hotel Kong Arthur was very convenient. It was within a few blocks of the river and bridge to Norrebro neighborhood, the market where you can buy fresh produce and hot/cold prepared foods, grocery stores, and the Norreport metro/train stations. The main shopping area is within 10 minutes walk with many shops and restaurants.
I didn't attend the breakfast since I prefer to grab something "on the go" such as the various bakery items and pastries from the market. I did visit the bar one night and the bartenders were really nice. The rooms were spacious enough since I was a solo traveler. Some of the mouldings showed some wear, but my room was clean.
