“멜버른 호텔비를 생각하면 정말 싸고 좋은 편 입니다. 위치가 정말로 좋고 방과 거실도 넓습니다. 하지만, 밤에 소음과 공사는 소리에 민감하지 않은 저에게도 조금 힘들었습니다. 호텔이 골목에 있고 방은 또 다른 건물에 있어 조금 불편했습니다. 하지만, 위치가 가격을 생각하면 만족합니다.”

“We had a comfortable stay and it is an easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We received complimentary drinks that we used at a neighbouring pub and as we don’t drink they gave us Coca Cola and a hot chocolate. Staff at the Quest also gave us a large umbrella each to use as it was raining when we arrived. Comfy room and easy access and very central.”

“The property did not have Wi-Fi. I asked about this at the reception and they said they have it on repair request but unlikely it will be resolved before Christmas. I understand properties have to undergo maintenance, but there was no mention of this whatsoever during our booking, and I wanted to work remotely during our stay which was challenging without the Wi-Fi.
Other than that, the rooms were quite clean, well maintained and the facilities were overall in good shape.”

“Whilst this property offers superior value for money (room size, location, facilities), there are silly niggles. For example, I was there for four nights but they do not refresh tea/coffee/sugar/milk. They refresh towels and empty bins but do not make the bed. Used cups and glasses are taken away but not replaced. I would recommemnd this property to business travellers but would ask the management to consider these minor issues for longer term stayers.”
