Ok but not great
The neighborhood and building are nice on the outside - but the patio apartment is a disappointment. First - the patio / garden is not very pleasant - gravel and weeds. Second, to get to it you have to pass through a dingy basement with all sorts of laundry piled on the floor. The room is ok but beds not very comfortable. Also, the key system is a pain. You have to use your phone and data to open all doors which is not good if you are coming from abroad or you are out all day and your battery runs out.

I suggest to check better the general cleaning (inside and outside parts) and the guests no soap and sheets & towels. Despite this location is great and very enjoable.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Es befindet sich on der Nähe der Kneipenszene mitten in der Stadt. Wir hatten ein Apartement (Lima) im 2. Stock, erreichbar über 2 SEHR steile Treppen. Das Apartement macht auf den ersten Blick einen netten Eindruck. Es ist aber schon verwohnt und in kleinen Teilen reparaturbedürftig. Die gute Lage und den akzeptablen Preis erkauft man sich mit großem Lärm an den Abendstunden. Bei Einfachverglasung und großen, nicht fest schließbaren Fenstern direkt über einer Kneipe und an einer belebten Straße mit Straßenbahn ist am Wochenende bis morgens um 3 nur wenig Schlaf zu finden. Die Beleuchtung im Wohnraum entspricht leider nur Kerzenlicht, lesen fällt schwer.

This property is situated in a very lively area that is central to all that Rotterdam has to offer. It is a 10 minute walk from the railway station and just around the corner from multiple eating and drinking venues. If you can't handle stairs, don't book here. The staircase is extremely steep.

The flat was very comfortable and nice, everything was easy to access, it felt homely and had a nice atmosphere. It was not as pristine as in the pictures but it didn't take away from the experience. The double bed is just 2 single beds pushed together so a bit uncomfortable. There are steep, narrow stairs so that's something to consider but not a problem for most. It's next to a bar or something, on Fridays a bit loud when they throw out bags of bottles. And if the neighbors are playing loud music in the building it's very audible. Someone's fire alarm went off once and it alerted the entire building, I find it a big plus to know that if anything happens everyone is informed and safe. The reception is excellent and the customer service too. We had some misunderstandings and also needed to check in earlier due to mandatory quarantine and they accommodated for that and helped us with everything. A very nice place for a tourist as they help with anything you need in the best way possible. We traveled with a baby so we are more sensitive to the noise etc but for young adults this place is ideal and would have been great if travelling just the two of us. When travelling with kids it's also a good place as they have cleaning equipment and laundry station on every floor and you can keep the place and clothes clean yourself without waiting for the weekly cleaning service. Overall a very good stay with a few minuses that were more so specific to our situation. Thanks!

the location is very convenient, high ceiling good size living room. Old building with a lot of noise, small bedroom, not enough pillows, no shampoo etc. There is no concierge, you should call a number to open the door for you. Which was not mentioned during reservation.

Het plekje en het uitzicht waren fantastisch! Toen we aan kwamen was de kamer alleen veel kleiner dan we hadden verwacht, de wc was kapot en het douche water liep niet goed weg waardoor alles dus overstroomde en we onze handdoeken moesten gebruiken om het droog te houden.

Unpleasant stay
Room seemed fine at first, but was very poorly lit and the bathroom smelled strongly of mold. It resulted in health issues and made the stay very unpleasant.

WARNING: This property is NOT as advertised. The "bedroom" is a closet with two twin beds and no ventilation. The apartment door lock is broken. There is a huge burn mark on the kitchen countertop. The toilet room is so tiny, it's impossible to use without splashing water everywhere. The building hallway was filled with bags of laundry (?) and there's only one exit. How is this even a legal rental property?

Charmant Appartement dans une beau quartier
Séjour à l'occasion du Marathon de Rotterdam donc idéalement bien placé. Pas de bruit, bien au calme. Station de métro et tramway au bas de l'immeuble. Bel appartement avec toutes les commodités dans une ville superbe ! De plus nous avons été très bien accueilli . Très bon souvenir de Rotterdam.

Prima verblijf. Geen receptie en personeel aanwezig, enkel een dame bij ontvangst om sleuteloverdracht te doen. wij hadden de eerste nacht geen wc-papier en de afstandbediening van de TV werkte enkel op 2 meter afstand van het toestel. Wc-papier aangevuld, tv werkte na melding nog steeds niet. Complete badkamer; teleurstellende waterstraal in wastafel. Scheerspiegel ontbreekt en geen lamp boven de wastafel. Handoekhakjes ontbreken zowel in badkamer al keuken. Iets beter schoonmaken en verbeter bovenstaande punten dan een dikke 8.

Excellent, no Complaints
The location is amazing and is just a short walk to the main shopping area and local attractions with loads of restaurants next street which is just ideal for a weekend getaway. I arrived via the Metro after having parked my Car at the kralingse zoom P&R which was only £2 for 3 days and it was just a brief walk arriving from the metro to the Apartment. I had missed the note to confirm my arrival time beforehand hence had to wait for the keys to arrive but after calling that did not take too long. The Apartment was clean and had all the essentials for a stay including facilities for making tea/coffee and cooking pans as well. There also happens to be a Spar retail shop in the street beside the apartment which is open late until 9pm. The raised ground floor which I got was good with the stairs as well. Overall a good stay, only thing to note for others is that if you get the basement or the top floors to stay it might need you to navigate a few steep stairs.

Hotel très bein situé. Tout peut se faire à pied. Proche de la gare, du centre. la chambre se situe au rez de chaussée mais est bien isolé. Les chambres sont au niveau de la rue et les escaliers pour y descendre sont très étroits et pentus. C'est bon à savoir avant d'arriver.

Check in acceptable. Old building with no lift and very steep and dangerous stairwell. Service almost non-existant. Windows old style and not easy to handle. Noisy at times. Smelly. Had some items taken away from the laundry room with no action when reported.

We arrived and the cleaner was there to give us the keys. I had tons of questions which the cleaner couldn't answer. They took the money twise from my bankaccount, the windowes where totally broken, the plates where not clean, the matrasses where a joke. We where on 3rd floor with no lift and that was horrible because of the weird narrow stairs, no view, so i Made some phone calls and got a rude person on the phone telling me that it's normal. Will never go there again

Tthough problems, it is good for overall.
Since the next to this apartment is club, it might be sometimes noisy. But, if your room is opposite side of the road, you may not mind it The wi-fi is a little bit weak. Indeed, once wi-fi in our room did not work, it was not fixed during our stay. Nevertheless, we could enjoy this place, because the room is comfortable, the location is convenient and the staff is very kind.

Séjour agréable
Appartement très joli, spacieux et lumineux, mais équipé au minimum : vaisselle insuffisante, un store manquait (et en l'absence de volets, c'est plutôt gênant). Nous étions au dernier étage, ça va, mais les appartements des étages inférieurs sont certainement plus bruyants. Accueil sympathique et serviable, l'appartement est bien placé à 10/15 mn à pied de la gare.

Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und relativ zentral gelegen. Vom Apartment aus kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen. Nachteilig ist, dass es keine "Rezeption" vor Ort im Gebäude gibt. Bei Angelegenheiten (z.B. Schlüsselübergabe, fehlende Bettwäsche usw.) muss man bei der Apartmentvermittlung anrufen und warten bis jemand kommt. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe dauerte dies 40min. Bei der fehlenden Bettwäsche dauerte es 2,5 Stunden.
