"The check-in was easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and just what we expected. It is SO close to Grand-Place! We happened to be there the weekend of the Beer Festival. So a lot going on! Loved all the pubs and restaurants in the immediate area. My only complaint is the shower/tub combo. While the shower itself is very nice, there is no door. So the entire bathroom floor is soaking wet when you're done. We went through a lot of towels. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Excellent location in the heart of the EU quarter, some lovely restaurants and lively bars close by. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room I was in was clean but it did not have air con, while it did have a fan the room still got very warm which made sleeping challenging. That being said I will be staying there again in the near future."

"Modern hotel. Upscale experience. Very helpful Bellhop and Reception Staff. Room was spacious , upscale with L'Occitane soaps and luxurious spa amenities - robe and slippers.. We found dirt on the rug of the room when we entered and they cleaned it immediately."

"Great property, very close to everything we wanted to see and do in Brussels. We arrived by Train to Brussels Central train station, it was a very short walk to the hotel. The hotel is literally next door to St Michaels Cathedral and a short walk to Grand Place and other typical tourist spots. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay and highly recommend."
