"I had a very uncomfortable experience during my stay that needs attention. I encountered two staff members whose behavior was concerning. The night front desk staff member Albania treated me in a way that felt dismissive and discriminatory. Later another staff member with no name tag approached me and Albania repeatedly demanded my room number, questioning whether I was a guest. The tone and manner felt more like harassment than a standard security check. I fully understand the importance of guest safety, but there was no clear or consistent explanation of any evening security procedures. The way I was approached felt targeted and unprofessional, and it left me feeling unwelcome. During that time a group of white women entered and was not asked for there room number. Hotels should ensure that security checks are handled respectfully and applied consistently to all guests. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both staff training and communication practices moving forward."

"I got a room that looked like a storage room it had mop buckets in the tub an room bed wasn’t made no clean sheets there where a used pad on the floor totally unacceptable as a business I’ll give it a -3 stars"

"The room was dirty and very outdated. The bathroom door was held together with screws because it had clearly been broken into. There was a wrap for smoking or something and a huge hole on top of the cupboards. It was not well maintained at all. There was constant traffic of cars and people all night long. I would never stay here again."

"I didn’t stay because after like my 3rd stay (different booking sites) I had a weird encounter with the front desk rep who would ask me to hold on before I checked in then disappeared. So I used the bathroom & when I returned he was still gone which was odd because he was just there so I left."
