"Location of this hotel is extremely good, at the start of the walking street with nearby 7-11, pharmacy and many other restaurants, bars and clubs. The hotel itself is quite nice, the rooms are a little outdated but very well maintained. Bathroom is quite small with no shower just a bath tub and shower head. Room service is extremely good and all the staff are very accomidating. Toilet kept on blocking up however the issue was quickly resolved once front desk was notified. Overall a good experience would stay again at the right price perhaps in a different room."

"It was the worst hotel stay experience? I booked with them for a 10 days. I checked out the next day. The room so dirty, bedsheet are dairy. Bathroom it is rusty no hot water not clean towels. Very bad customer service and of course they did not refund my money. Very bad Neighbourhood and dangerous."

"So busy. Full of children. Public holiday so to be expected but buzzers and half hour waiting for breakfast. We didn’t bother going in the end. Evening turndown and tidy sometimes happened sometimes didn’t. Lovely hotel but if full, a nightmare. Probably wouldn’t go back. "

"The jacuzzi was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Location is good, close to restaurants and clubs. Value was incredible. The only thing I did not like was the front office staff tend to be unattentive."
