Very good hotel

Very nice hotel to stay in Tunbridge Wells. Close enough to the centre so that you don't need your car. The hotel and our room were very clean. There is a public car park very close to the hotel so it's easy to park even though you can't really do do at the hotel.

The Premier Inn Tunbridge Wells is very conveniently located near the train station and shopping area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good and varied.

The room was very damp. There is not always someone at the reception desk. Staff are serving in the restaurant, working the bar as well as the reception desk. There is no fridge in the rooms and unable to open windows

The manager and staff at this hotel go above and beyond. My wife is disabled and travelling can be a challenge. The folks here just go out of the way to make things as easy as they can. The accessible room is large and the bathroom with its roll in shower and shower stool is well designed and functional. Top marks to all the staff.
