It smelled like mold. There was pest traps in every corner. The towels in the room were dirty. They didn’t provide enough toilet paper. The area is sketchy.

The toilet had urine on it.Roaches were under the fridge,in 105.Room 104, also had a roach in it.The floor,in room 104 was dirty. I'd have dirt ,on my feet.After my showers.

This is one one the most unsanitary, filthy Motels I have ever seen. The room was awful & the sheets are not white, they are stained yellow. Pulling the covers back there was a roach underneath the covers. The entire place needs to be shut down. The fact that this property also has no refunds is beyond me. This place is absolutely disgusting. Don’t stay here!!!!!

Holes in the wall

Considering the low cost of the room it wasn't too bad. The only negative thing I would say is the condition of the room. The room had blotches of paint on the wall where it looked like there was an attempt to cover up holes in the wall and there was an actual hole in one of the walls! Aesthetically the room has a lot to be desired. The microwave did not work either!

I booked this property for 5 nights and had to move out early. After the first night, I reported that the toilet was leaking sewage onto the floor and that the TV’s sound was distorted. They had no intention of fixing the problems or moving me to another room. Not once in 3 days did I get any housekeeping. The last night that I was there I flipped on the lights and the cockroaches were crawling everywhere. That was the last straw and I forfeited the money for the rest of my stay. The furniture in the room was terrible. No chair whatsoever, chest of drawers had no drawers.

Property was bare bones, few amenities, tv channel changer was broken, bed was really uncomfortable and it was very difficult to check in! I realize the place was quite inexpensive but even then, my expectations were not met!

Skip this place!

After working a 12hr shift and driving 8 1/2 hours, I arrived at 5p to discover that they had no vacancies! They'd given my eoom away even though I booked weeks ago! The owner gave no explanation and no apology! Was literally the worse experience with a hotel ever! Maybe was a blessing in disguise, as I found a muuuuuuch better hotel right next to Delta State (drove there for my son's football camp). Go elsewhere!

The rooms are dirt cheap so the broken fridge, no microwave and bugs were not a surprise. I did expect at least to have more than one towel. I expected someone to be in the office for me to check out early so I could get to the airport before the storm hit, but no not at all. Just a dog sleeping on the floor looking annoyed that I was pressing the button for night service...
