“We had an amazing stay at Edgar Suites in Lille. Louis and Amnay were amazing, they couldn’t do any more for us and the communication throughout was second to none. However the listed price was not the total expense. When I received the bill there was almost a full nights extra "property fee." “Nice place with comfortable beds and a large kitchen. No washer/dryer, and confusing communication about the trash. Also, the deal with the sheets and towels was a total bait-and-switch. You book the place and then the company tells you there is an extra fee to have sheets and towels provided (15 euro a person, I think)? Not sure if this is common in Belgium, but is pretty unusual and did not properly represent the cost of the rental on hotels.com”
