"Customer service was wonderful. Helpful, attentive, diligent. Breakfast was very nice too: eggs, quesadilla, fruit juice, fruits, coffee. All with an incredible view of the Virgen de El Panecillo. The small detail of writing your name on the fruit plate is a very nice touch. The bed was comfortable, spotless clean, with a very ergonomic design. I strongly recommend the Friends Hotel & Rooftop."

"I had a wonderful experience at the Hacienda Morntinos, I love the views to the Cotopaxi, we arrived by midnight, people were there to greet us. Our room was beautiful/clean 4 Queen beds, super clean bathroom, Breakfast in the morning was like been home, delicious, in the restaurant Carlos suggested us to go by the lake, nice open walk traveling thru the mountains breath taking, my pictures are like artwork, majestic views the volcanos, In my next trip i am going to this Hacienda for more days, finally found peace, fresh cold are, views and food, the right place to get away from the city and the crazy working city life. Total peace and quiet just to enjoy nature."
