A special shoutout to the amazing valet crew—especially Denis, who was always so friendly and welcoming. Our son, absolutely loved interacting with him! At check-in, Nick at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind, setting the tone for a great stay. And a big thank you to Julian for his exceptional hospitality—he went above and beyond by filling my bottle with ice when I was in a rush. It’s those thoughtful little moments that really made a difference. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, and the entire staff at the pool and bar were fantastic—from the bartenders to the team who helped us find seats and even laid out our towels. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. The Don CeSar had everything we needed and more. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Truly an amazing team and hotel—we’ll definitely be back!"
