"Very handy to have two restaurants attached to the hotel. Close to Tim Horton's Field. Room itself was very dark and the thermostat did not work. HAve stayed here before. Recommend asking for a room at the front of the hotel. Back rooms are noisey with the freeway behind"

"Check in process was a breeze . Room was big and very clean. A few negatives Elevators took forever !! Very slow . Hotel was very busy bc of a concert in town . Waited a couple times 5 plus minutes for the elevator . Unacceptable . Also the underground parking garage . We paid for parking .. parked and then went to dinner . After dinner there was no parking spots . What a waste of 22$ . They should have a second parking lot or let someone know when the lot is full and not charge them . Also the room only had 4 lamps and no over head ceiling light . I have never in my life been in such a dark hotel room . Terrribleeee lighting ."

"My husband and I stayed in The Parisienne room for 1 night. It was lovely and we had our own private bathroom. The host, Gwen was very friendly and hospitable. There was a lovely seating area that over looks the city of Hamilton. There are books to read and a shared mini fridge in the common area. The breakfast the next morning was home made and was delicious. The location was walking distance to restaurants and shops. All in all, a great stay! Highly recommended."
