“We have stayed at this hotel for the past 5 years and have seen the transformation that has occurred over recent times. My sister and I stayed with our elderly mother for 5 nights. I have to say that the staff at this hotel are exceptional. So friendly, kind and hard working. The half board menu was delicious and couldn’t fault the food. “Our room was Yew and Eye, one of the newly built cabins in the garden of this historic inn with a twist. The design is like nothing we’ve ever seen before with surprises every way you look. The room itself has human eyeballs as a decorative theme which was fascinating and amusing. The standard double bed was extremely comfortable, there was plenty of useful storage and good ventilation.
