"I was truly impressed by this incredible hotel. I’m a big fan of Rosewood São Paulo, from the stunning imported trees from the Amazon rainforest to the unique details thoughtfully placed in every corner of the property. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the amazing staff, who go above and beyond to ensure every aspect of your stay is perfect."

"The beds are not comfortable and rock hard. It was like sleeping on a slab. My back and hips were killing me. They did put some padding with extra comforters so I could at least sleep a little. Our bath tub filled up with water every time we showered from not draining properly…and up to the back of my calves. I reported it but it never got fixed. How did the maid clean the bathroom and not notice this??? Breakfast was good but could use a little more variety. "

"The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable, however our check-in was problematic. The first room we got had water leaking by the toilet and then we got moved to another room and there was still a little water leaking in that room. The front desk got maintenance to fix it, but we lost a lot of time sightseeing having to change rooms. There was also too much technology trying to enter the lobby or get into your room, with individualized key cards and it just made access annoying. The room itself was fairly nice and the breakfast buffet was decent."

"Slow check-in, first bedroom given to us was not ready or available (it was in maintenance but the concierge didn’t know about it). Once we got told new bedroom, none of the soap dispensers worked so we had to call housekeeping right away. The second day, the bed headboard fell (nobody was injured) but they fixed it in short time after we informed reception (good job by the housekeeping team). The pool wasn’t available and the pizza oven in the restaurant was in maintenance. Breakfast was good. Valet parking (additional fee) was prompt and reliable. Noisy room: we could hear lots of noise from the street and corridors. "
