“An old heritage hotel located in downtown San Francisco. Although it maintains the old fashionable style, you must be prepared for the unpleasant smell that hits you as soon as you enter the room.
In addition to the hotel charge I paid by hotels.com, I must pay a daily urban fee of $35 and a 1.67% urban fee tax. If I had known in advance, I don't think I would have chosen this hotel.”

“The staff were all unbelievably kind, on another level. I worked at Disney and know a think or two about good guest service, but these folks felt genuine. Dan at the door helped us with everything we needed. We didn’t look like the other clientele. We were scrappy little punk emos taking up space in a refined lobby and they still treated us with the upmost kindness and respect. We wanted an early check in and it wasn’t available. As soon as they could they got us in 30 minutes before check in...
"피셔맨 와프에서 두블럭 떨어진 곳이라 그렇게 시끄럽지 않고 우리는 방 요청할 때 조용한 방으로 말해서 그런 방으로 줘서 좋았어요. 나름 작은 미온수 수영장이 있고 무료 조식이 있어서 좋았어요. 방도 좁지 않고 쾌적했어요. 그런데 침대 매트리스가 많이 폭식한 스타일이라서 그게 오히려 불편했어요. 이건 취향 차이가 있을 것 같네요. 샌프란시스코에서 다른 호텔도 이용했는데 거기도 그런 스타일 매트리스였는데 미국이 그런 스탈을 선호하나봐요"
