I lost my necklace here. I couldn't find it. maybe I lost in the pool or the beach. That is my mom gave to me. that makes me so sad. but the staffs help me find that one. the result was not good but still thanks. and I also asked them print some of my paper. it was more expensive than my country. hahaha. pool was not clean but there are a lot of trees so it is natural I think. after lunch time they served free fruit juice and after 1~2hours also served free tropical fruits. I love that service.

주변의 다른 지역으로 나가기 수월하진 않지만, 호텔에서 조용하고 편히 쉬기엔 충분합니다. 동양인들이 많지 않은 것도 장점일 수 있겠네요.

시설도 프라이빗 비치도 매우좋았으나 번화가와 동떨어져있어 이동이불편함. 리조트에서 휴양만 즐기기에 적합한듯.

마지막날 비행기 기다리며 밤 11시까지만 잠시 묶었었는데 가격대비 좋습니다. 양쪽으로 절벽이 있고 사실상 프라이빗 비치인 작은 해변의 뷰가 환상 조용하고 아담한 수영장. 아마도 장기로 온 나이드신 서양인이 대부분인 쉬기 좋은 곳이라고 생각합니다. 저렴하고 먹을만한 해변 레스토랑도 인상적이고. 단 전체적으로 객실은 낡은 느낌.

멋진 해변 전망, 여유로운 분위기
비록 중간에 날짜를 변경하느라 추가 요금을 지불했지만, 충분히 만족스러운 가격이었습니다. 바로 앞에 해변이 있고 숙박객이 많지 않아 조용하고 여유로운 분위기에서 쉴 수 있었습니다. 대부분 서양인들이 투숙하고 동양인은 중국인들이 한둘 있을까 말까 합니다. 시설은 조금 낡은 편이고 샤워기 수압이 세지 않습니다. 편의점이 가까이에 없고 빠통까진 택기로 50분 정도 소요됩니다. 리조트에서 편히 쉬는 것이 목적이라면 좋은 선택입니다. 다만, 리조트내 식음료 가격이 비싼 것은 단점입니다.

조용하고 편안하게 쉬다가 오기에 참 좋은 리조트입니다. 조식도 깔끔하고 방 앞에 수영장과 바닷가가 있어 걷거나 수영하기좋구요. 단지 주변에 타운이 없어 필요한 것이나 물품을 사기 어렵고 호텔안의 레스토랑만 이용해야 한다는 단점이 있습니다.

우기에는 할인가로 갈만하나 제값을 줘야 한다면...
여행의 하이라이트가 될거라 예상했던 안다만 리조트.. 하지만 인도양의 파도가 어느정도로 강력한지 이번에 알았습니다.. 파도가; 정말 세더라구요 ㅎㅎ 그래도 운치있고 좋아요 ㅎ 파통쪽으로 나가면 꽤 많이 나가야 마을이 있구요 왜려 공항방향으로 가셔야 좀 있습니다. 풀먼 리조트 방향으로요. ATM도 몇 군데 있고 BBQ 꼬치 가게도 있고 과일도 팔고... Wiwan's 추천받아 갔는데 가격 괜찮고 맛도 좋아요. 다만 리조트에서는 과연 수영을 할 수 있는 날이 존재하는가가 의문입니다 ㅎ 뭐 우기이기도 하고 인도양을 바로 보고 있으니 파도가 쎌수밖에 없겟지요.

아주 맘에 듭니다. 담에 또 갈겁니다. 한국사람들이 없고 개인비치라 너무 조용합니다. 요금도 착하구요.

최악의 리조트
풀빌라 예약했으나 도착시점부터 문 오래되어 파손, 풀 고장, 연락해도 늦고 기껏 온 엔지니어는 영어가 안되어 의사소통도 안되고 못 고치고 그냥 감. 죄송하다는 말 보다는 고장에 대한 대가로 뭘 원하느냐에 초점. 장사하러 간 것이 아니라 휴가를 보내러 간 건데 무조건 죄송하고 상식선에서 원하는 건 다 들어줘야 한다고 생각되는데 전혀 그렇지 않음. 결국은 3박 내내 풀 고장나고 고치고 고장나고 고치고하느라 전혀 사용 못함. 와이파이도 인포/수영장/식당에서만 제대로 잡히고 각 방들에선 잘 안 잡힘. 특히 106호에는 아예 안 잡힘. 또한 풀빌라는 미니바가 무상이라는 부분 설명되지 않음. 물론 냉장고에는 무료라는 푯말이 있지만 인포책자에는 무료가 아니라고 되어있어서 혼선. 결국 마지막 날짜만 사용함. 또한 식당 직원들 매우 불친절함. 계란 후라이 2번 시켰다가 대답도 하지 않고 엄청 짜증냄.

It was a very pleasant surprise finding this place. The pool is amazing and it's only a few steps from the private beach that is simply amazing and probably the best sand I've ever seen. The rooms are very quaint, but clean and comfortable. Relaxing and I would highly recommend someone staying here.

The private beach is the star of the show here! The staff are friendly and the food (thai menu) was good but overpriced. Breakfast buffet was decent, but limited options and only from about 7-10am. Property is quite dated, and in need of renovations. Not close to anything so you'd have to hire a taxi to get somewhere else. There were several disappointments with this hotel. Although advertised as having airport transportation upon request, I was told that it isnt offered when I called to arrange. Not a dealbreaker, as I found private transport via Klook. The hotel also advertises an indoor and outdoor pool, but there was only 1 outdoor pool. The pool didnt seem clean - lots of leaves and insects in the water. Although advertised as having a convenience store, it did not exist. You can't buy things like SPF or bug repellant. The spa was also closed. The rooms sprawl across the property, with different levels that you have to go up and down to reach your room. Keep this in mind if mobility is a concern for you. The air conditioning in the room was not consistent and ice also fell from the unit sometimes. Safe didn't work upon check-in and this was never fixed during my stay. Housekeeping should keep doors closed while servicing the rooms so as to not let mosquitoes inside. An indoor dining area would have been good - to beat the heat and escape the mosquitoes and flies for a peaceful meal. This resort has so much potential. If they renovated it, I would come back.

Otroligt fin strand som ligger väldigt fint så den får fem stjärnor. Hotellet är inte alls så fräsch som bilderna visar tyvärr. Städningen är lite undermålig. Vi hade ett rum med egen pool som ligger väldigt fint vid havet. Maten som serverades var okey, inte mer. Hela stället skulle behövas fräschas upp riktigt rejält för det är inte alls prisvärt. Vi hade en flight som gick sent på kvällen. Vi var kvar hela dagen/kvällen och det var bra ordnat med dusch osv. Väldigt trevlig personal.

Strongly recommend
Staff: Overall very helpful and friendly staff. Wait staff were great with catering to our needs (not that we were fussy) Service: Overall excellent but one thing to note: the hotel wouldnt areange outside phone calls or arrange for outside taxi/transport. They would only allow their own for slightly higher cost. Location: Perfect. No complaints, the private beach is fantastic when compared to the surrounding beaches (public). Condition: Overall in good condition, not brand new acconmodation - dated but clean Food: Fantastic food. Didnt eat anything bad. Bottled water daily with the room service.

Nous sommes passés par 3 chambre en l'espace de 3h. Il y a eu un problème de climatiseur dans la première chambre. Nous avons été placé dans une chambre temporairement puis nous sommes allés dans la chambre dont la climatisation ne marchait pas. Elle avait été soit disant réparé ce qui était totalement faut . Nous avons été surclassé. Cela ne résout pas la qualité de services. La personne de l'accueil travaille 24h sur 24h. L'hôtel reste cependant charmant. Dommage que le service ne soit pas a la hauteur de la beauté de l'hôtel. J'ai longtemps hésité à faire opposition au paiement de la nuit.

We had an INCREDIBLE experience in the Andaman White Beach Resort. We were granted a free room upgrade to the Beachfront pool villa and it was by far the best accomodations we experienced in life. The beach is private and stunning, the hotel also offer canoas and beach sport equipment for free (volley, tennis, soccer, snorkeling). Food at the restaurant is quite good and in line with the prices in the nearby city. The hotel provides taxi connection and scooter rental at competitive prices. Location is remote from the main attractions in Phuket, so it's a great option if you are looking for a relaxing stay, far from the crowd but close to the airport. Highly recommended for 3-7 nights.

The property was very out of date. It’s if it is still in the 90s on the property. They make decisions for you without asking you and they do not cancel your reservation for any reason so they could keep your money. If you could find a better place to go to please do overall very beautiful out there very quiet that’s the only thing I liked. very far from everything. Minimum 1 Hour anywhere fun

I have stayed in this resort many times. The service and the property has gone down hill. No money going back into keeping it up. The beach is one of the nicest beaches around but with the service and tee properties issues it is not worth the extra money it takes to go to this nice beach. Also fighting mosquitos in the rooms all night. Please pay attention to the place as it used to be a really special place to go. And can be again

Yes you’re by the beach so expect other insects other than mosquitoes to feast on you. The indoor shower in our suite was messy, water went everywhere and the outdoor shower was… an outdoor shower lol. It’s an older hotel so it wasn’t my cup of tea. Granted I read reviews so I knew what to expect. It’s far away from everything but if you plan to just stay on the property than it should be fine

AMAZING!!!
I stayed in the Pool Villa on the Beach and it was AMAZING!! The room was big and spacious and quite nice. The private pool was large and clean over looking/on the beach with a beautiful patio/deck outside my room. The beach and water were absolutely perfect! The right amount of wave action but not to much. Staff, food and service was fabulous!!!

Tranquil and beautiful location, only resort in this bay with excellent beach. Small hotel, very private. Excellent and délicieuse food served. However: it should be indicated to guests that they must bring USD 200 in cash!!! This is apparently mandatory as a deposit payment so that restaurant bills can be signed and paid at check-out. Otherwise you have to pay each meal either in cash (Baht) or by credit card at the reception desk. No deposits by credit card are accepted. Very strange proceedings nowadays when travelers are advised to have as little cash on them as possible. As a European traveler, there is absolutely no reason why one should have USD on hand. Very strange and very inconvenient.

This resort is ideal for the perfect escape to just chill and relax. The setting is gorgeous. The staff were amazing always very helpful, they made our 10 days here very special. We made friends with many of them. Thankyou Sam, Alex and Piak

The beach and location is beautiful. Facilities are a bit dated - I really struggled closing the door to my room every-time. Very disappointing on staff attentiveness and courtesy specially when compared with all other places I staid in Thailand where staff where very gentle and considerate. Staff spoke to me in an load and brusque manner and not attentive. Strange non-Thai vibe.

The place is clean and in order but not luxury. Reasonabily priced.

Ottimo resort consigliato per chi cerca serenità, confort ed esclusività. Un Resort completamente inserito nella riserva naturale e con spiaggia privata. Poche stanze, molta privacy. Per un soggiorno veramente ok , scegliete villa fronte mare con piscina esclusiva balcone e accesso spiggia con attrezzature riservate. Unica pecca: i ristoranti, due e un bar scadenti, il management deve investire sul cuoco e sul barman. Non partecipate il martedi al barbecue è una scadente cena a buffet che ti fanno pagare 35/50€ a persona. Conviene la sera cenare fuori, con pochi BHT e un taxi si arriva ovunque e si cena alla grande. Attenzione al conto dell'albergo, conviene farsi fare un pre check out e verificare tutte le voci. Per il resto una meraviglia. Consigliato.
