"호텔은 깨끗하고 조식이 훌륭해서 좋았습니다. 다만, 비치 접근성이 떨어집니다. "

"아부다비 도심에 있고 주요 관광지까지 택시로 20-30분이면 이동해요. 숙소도 너무 청결하고요. 머무는 동안 부족함 없었습니다. 하와이에 핑크 호텔이 있다면 아부다비에는 브릭 호텔이 있다며. 으리으리 번쩍번쩍 건물 사이에 굉장히 유니크한 호텔이었어요."

"너무 좋아요. 너무 좋은 경험이었어요. 너무, 너무, 너무 좋았어요. 더 머물고 싶었어요. 덕분에 아부다비에서의 기억이 너무 좋아요. 수용장도, 아침 뷔페도, 룸 컨디션도. 직원들의 서비스도 모든 것이 우수했습니다."

"아부다비에 여행와서 너무 편안하게 머물고 즐거운 시간보냈어요. 일찍 도착했는데 체크인도 일찍해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 호텔 수영장도 좋았고 객실 상태도 깨끗하고 창밖에 풍경이 너무 예뻤어요"

"이보다 완벽한 호텔은 없었습니다. 높은 빌딩 형태의 호텔이 아닌 전통적이고 아름다운 호텔을 느꼈습니다. 다음에도 아부다비에 방문한다면 항상 이 호텔에 이용할 것입니다."

"환승하며 이용한 곳인데 편하게 잘 이용했어요. 다만 이불이 덜 보송한 느낌이라 그게 좀 아쉬웠어요"

"The shower in our original room (1214) had such low water pressure that it was impossible to rinse off soap properly. We called the front desk to request help, but no one showed up for over 30 minutes. After calling again and explaining that we had just returned from the pool and couldn’t shower, it still took another 15 minutes for someone to finally come and check. Only then were we told we’d be moved to another room. Even after that, we waited another 20 minutes. In total, it took nearly 2 hours just to resolve the issue and move from Room 1214 to 1205. We were extremely tired after a red-eye flight and just wanted to rest, but the delay made the situation much worse. No one even brought us the new room key—I had to go down to the front desk myself to get it. Shockingly, the next day, the new room key didn’t work either, which caused more inconvenience. It honestly felt like the staff believed the hotel's reputation alone was enough, without delivering the level of service expected. The service was far from five-star. There seemed to be no proper system to handle complaints efficiently. That said, I will mention that the valet service was excellent and very convenient. Unfortunately, this stay did not live up to the name or the expectations we had."
