Quiet, clean and comfortable all inclusive hotel

Rooms very nicely finished, everything in the hotel is to a high standard. Food and drink provided were very good, accommodating of my partners food allergies. The staff were attentive and helpful. Mix of ages in the guests, daily childrens club with activities would appeal to families.

Mycket nöjd familj

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse på Hotell Sonne. Fantastisk meny (vi valde all inclusive), mycket bra service med hotellets egna minibussar som kör er ut till backen när det behagar. Promenadavstånd till "staden" om man vill besöka den på kvällen. Kan starkt rekommendera detta hotell.

Het hotel is super met een geweldige keuken en ook prima wellnessfaciliteiten. De sfeer is warm en gezellig. Het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging van het hotel is prima. Het centrum is maar 10 minuutjes lopen, bovendien rijdt er 's-morgens vrijwel elke 5 minuten een busje naar de ski-banen. De all inclusive mogelijkheid die het hotel aanbiedt (18 euro extra per dag per persoon is een echte aanrader. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Skiing in Saalbach

Great Hotel that went out of their way to help. Also upgrading to all incl for 18€ per person per day. A distance from the ski lifts but the hotel has several minibuses that run every 10 mins to the lift area and its a 2 minute drive to most lifts. They also provide ski passes and if you rent your ski equipment from Intersport you can put onto your hotel bill with 10% discount. Food is excellent aswell. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Bedrogen van A tot Z

Na een lange reis kwamen we in het hotel aan ; ligging totaal anders voorgesteld door hotels.com . Het zwembad :was een kinderbad.De kamer die we kregen was een oude kamer( voldeed voor 40%) was niet deze wat op de web voor ons is aangegeven en waarvoor we betaalde. Kinderen had ik ook opgegeven daar wisten ze niets van (vreemd). hadden geboekt voor All inklusive. en moest achter af nog 208 .00€ bij betalen. Dus zal nooit meer boeken via hotels.com en ook nooit meer bij dit hotel .Mijn beoordeling is 2/10 sorry ben bedrogen .Vindt ik spijtig voor dit soort mensen om op deze manier te werken zowel hotels.com als deze hotel zelf.

Very family friendly hotel

Hotel was nice, very clean rooms, large rooms, wonderful spa facilities and pool, nice staff (some not so good at speaking english but most do alright). We were given the option of paying for all inclusive upon our arrival which included open bar, lunch and dinner. The food served at dinner was really good and definitely worth the price. They offer a family friendly spa area and an adult spa area, the adult area is a clothes free zone but you can wear robes and towels. The bus takes you and picks you up from the mountain (but you have to call for a pickup), the public bus stops close to the hotel. Downsides were that it is good that they offer the all inclusive because there isn't much else by the hotel, it's about 0.5 miles outside Saalbach and 1.5 miles outside Hinterglemm. The spa tub (hot tub) was probably only about 90 deg F which really disappointed after a long day snowboarding. Our room was right above the lobby / restaurant area and we could hear everything, chairs moving, people talking, tables being cleared and one night a musician played until about 10pm. That was loud enough but the walls were also very thin, could hear everyone in the hallway, people walking with ski pants or kids making noise. For the price I feel like the hotel was a bit of a letdown in terms of comfort and condition but if we had kids with us I think it would have been a good fit.

Tolle Saunen und Ruhebetten

Zimmer war etwas klein , aber sauber. Günstiges Angebot füe all Inklusive.Hallenbad etwas veraltet , aber das wird -für mich jedenfalls - mit den Saunen und Sole Dampfbad wettgemacht.
