“La chambre bien équipée, les repas petit déjeuner et dîner de qualité, le personnel agresble”

“The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay.”

“Matterhorn Inn으로 예약을 하였는데, 밑에 위치한 Porta Cervino Hotel로 변경되어 숙박을 하였음. 객실은 2024년에 오픈하여 매우 깨끗하였으며, 조식은 타 호텔과 비슷하고, 주차는 지하 주차장으로 유료임.”

“Hotel Alpenhof is an excellent small alpine hotel. Our room was lovely, had a great view to the mountains, nice balcony and excellent beds. The hotel staff was most welcoming and friendly and went the extra mile to make us and our small dog feel comfortable during our whole stay. Thank you”

“Muy bien ubicada. Servicios cómodos y atentos. Gran limpieza y cordialidad del personal. Habitación muy correcta. Restaurante excelente. Desayuno impecable! Lo único que criticaría es que el ambiente de SPA debería controlarse el exceso de ruidos ( s/t de niños) que si bien serían sus padres los responsables , la incomodidad de un área muy bonita se hace notoria ante la falta de autoridad y control. Muchas gracias. Recomiendo totalmente este Hotel y seguro volvería sin dudarlo.”
