"Hotel was good and being next to the encounter made it very convenient. Rooms were good, could have just used a quick vacuum in the corners where stuff collects. Breakfast started at 6 which was great, but it wasn’t the greatest the day we were there. Would recommend staying here if doing the Ark encounter. Can stay parked there when doing the encounter instead of paying double at the encounter."

"Room was close to Ark Encounter and delicious Mexican Restaurant. Room was clean, bedding comfortable exactly what we wanted at a great price. Free breakfast was a plus with hotel staff restocking immediately. Only issue I experienced is they should replace the small blow dryer as it was getting very hot"

"Easy parking, breakfast is okay. Our shower drain was not working but when we asked the front desk person about it she didn’t really give us any options for it and it didn’t get fixed while we were there. "

"We arrived super late the first night of our stay. There wasn’t anywhere else to stay or we would have left. The floor was literally about to fall in on half our room. We stayed in room 324 and there was so much movement in the floor at the second door to bathroom closest to HVAC unit in bathroom and bedroom that it had broke the tile threshold and all the grout out of the tiles in bathroom. Half of the vanity was about to fall off the wall. Major structural damage. We left early the next morning and got out of there and didn’t finish our sta. They said they couldn’t do anything because we booked through Expedia and not direct with them so we got stuck paying our entire stay even though we didn’t joy stayed one night. Do NOT stay here. They do not care about your safety. "
