“Excellent Breakfast - continental and cooked. Rooms are quaint - Wooden beams and low ceilings in places, and floors have unevenness of old floors. Staircases are steep and narrow. Rooms have plenty of space. Our room had a bath and shower attachment but other rooms have shower so one might need to ask if you have a preference. Very helpful staff. Dinner was good but a little pricey (maybe that was par for the area?). Outside area was beautiful - on the cricket green. Lots of parking space...

“Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. The floor, bedding and toilet were clean. However, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the chairs were stained, there were not enough cups for all three of us,...

“식당하고 같이 운영하는 곳이라 별도 프런트가 없어서 매우 불편했음. 도착해서 식당에서 20분 정도 뻘쭘하게 기다렸음. 방은 작진 않았지만 전반적으로 칙칙하고 오랟히었음. 커피포트를 써 보려고 했는 데 안에 석회가 달라 붙어서 도저히 못쓸 정도여서 식당에서 받았음. 하지만 직원들 모두 친절했다. 역에선 가까웠으나 다시 예약하진 않을 듯. ”
