Everyone was so kind. The rooms were clean, and the dining area was clean. The towels were soft and the beds were really comfortable as well. The ONLY thing and this is so petty. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Frankenmuth by IHG
Breakfast was great! Room cleanliness was not very good. Our room had definitely not been vacuumed prior to our checking in as there were crumbs on the floor. Front desk personnel was not extremely friendly but breakfast personnel were super!
