"Staff are very nice and helpful. David was super nice and helped me book my tickets as well.
It felt more like a hotel but tiny rooms. Rooms were small but doable. There is no proper kitchen like in hostels, its just a small seating area. No social activities at all, which defeats the purpose of staying in a Hostel.
I think its overpriced for what it is. It cost me about $50/ngt in a private. No breakfast included either.
You can stay in a hotel for that price. The reason I stayed in a hostel...

"the staff was so, so attentive and kind, and the space was very intentional but that didn’t change the fact that the rooms were just not that great.
our group booked five total rooms, all at the same price point and got wildly different experiences.
we got three very large rooms with seating areas and two rooms that barely had room for the bed. i’ve been in japanese hotel rooms more spacious…
additionally, the beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds i’ve ever come across. my husband...

"I took an upgrade offer to the newly renovated 'Salon' suites. It's similar to 'Club Room' level of service where you have a dedicated check in/out desk, but with a few more perks.
Whilst I didn't need the extra perks, or the nicer room, it was cheap enough to go ahead anyway and I'm glad I did. The room was lovely, the service for anything needed felt 5*, and the process of checking in/out was so quick and easy.
During our stay, Figo and Kaka (ex. global football stars) checked in for a night too. If it's good enough for them it's certainly good enough for me! "
"Food was very good, but slightly limited in options. Rooms are well laid out and cozy. The staff are very attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. Chi Quyen and Anh Chris and Anh Bobby were standouts amongst the very supportive staff. The “hip slick” style was nice; but the warm friendly atmosphere really brought it home!
Thank you Wink staff and GM Richard"
"Hotel Majestic Saigon has an amazing staff and exceptional service. The hotel offers an exceptional hospitality as well.
The staff are so welcoming and efficient! Their efforts made our stay much more enjoyable!
Shout out to Ms Oanh for her exceptional customer service nd kindness. She went the extra mile to ensure that we would have a great experience. THANK YOU,"
"Everything was perfect.😊The hotel staff was very helpful in every way. Wish you guys the best. I will see you next time and will tell all my friends when they come to Saigon you are the best hotel. Good luck."
"The corner room should have long railing to fully cover the window. To prevent light pass through.
This little bit disturbing for a person who like to sleep in dark room like me.
Other than that all good. 10 or 10"
