"Reserved a queen bed but it was a full. Bed was hard. Only 3 small pillows, no tissues. Wall box holder for tissues rusted and fallen off. Appliances old (Sunbeam)? Tried several times to politely ask questions; difficult to understand but the pool was closed for some unknown reason. Minimal breakfast of some pastries and cereal. "

"Beautiful view of the lake, very relaxing. We had to leave early (7:30) and the baked goods were not replenished yet so that was disappointing. Nice selection of complementary drinks throughout the stay. Comfortable room/bed. It was quiet while we were there but able to hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Overall nice stay. Plenty of parking. "

"Busy weekend but i've stayed here before. Room smelled like smoke. Hallways cluttered with with old exercise equipment . pool doors left open so chlorine smell throughout the hallway and our room"

"This hotel is DISGUSTING. We left as soon as we saw the room. There are stains and crap all over everything. It smells so bad as soon as you enter the building. We got refund and left immediately. Awful, do not believe one positive review."

"I booked a room the picture showed a bed and a separate little room with a couch but the room that I got just had the bed and a Shelf with a pad on it that was my best apparently supposed to be a couch but barely looks like it was going to be able to hold more than a few bags let alone an adult person and wouldn't have been comfortable if I even tried. The room was very small smaller than I expected but that was fine the bed was not very comfortable it felt more like a cheap pad than a mattress and i couldnt get comfortable. The walls also must be paper thin because I could clearly hear my next door neighbor snoring all night which prompted me to leave 5 in the morning instead of sleeping in like I had planned. I also was treated to loud pounding music from the parking lot when I checked in about 3:30 until I went to my destination about 6:00 p.m. there was no hiding from that with some light music or TV playing either. The shower worked fine and had okay water pressure + hot water the whole place looked very nice but things just felt incredibly cheap and I wouldn't probably go back unless I had no choice. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful and I didn't bring the wrong room thing to their attention because it wasn't worth the hassle for the few hours I would be there but it would be nice to not have the wrong room given to you when you book one from the hotels app and then you get a different room from what you booked. "
