Everything was fine, but I recommend paying attention to the door in your room. They do not close properly by themselves, you have to push them to close properly.

Nothing in the room

It had nothing, no amenities in the room, no cup, no glasses, no paper cup, no kettle..etc Tried to ask the receptionist for a cup, she said “you can go to the restaurant to take a glass to room if you want!!!!” - what a “amazing” service!

Da die zu bewertende Reise im November stattgefunden hat, war natürlich das Pool trocken. Das Zimmer wurde gründlich sauber gemacht.

Das Hotel wird von freundlichem Personal geführt, was besonders auf den Frühstückbereich zutrifft. Es war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Matratzen müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Une bulle

Séjour parfait, habituée des déplacements pour le travail j'ai été agréablement surprise par le silence. Enfin un hôtel bien insonorisé ou on entends pas les valises qui roulent les portent qui claques... Un vrai bonheur. Le confort habituel des Ibis avec en plus une bienveillance generale, particulièrement la personne au petit déjeuner ❤️. Je vous recommande chaleureusement cette hôtel.

L entretien de l établissement laisse à desirer. Le pdj est décevant, qualité de produit médiocre, conservation des produits frais laisse à desirerer. La propriété et le réassort du buffet ne sont pas au top. Machine a café qui ne fonctionne pas. Bref, ok nous ne sommes pas dans un 5 étoile mais le minimum d entretien donne une impression d hôtel a la dérive. Revoir l offre petit déjeuner et son fonctionnement pourrai être une bonne chose.

Ibis styles är OK. Det som är lite extra bra med Frejas är att dom har TV kanaler på engelska språket. Bor nu på Ibis budget i Pertus och där är bara franska kanaler.

Je n'ai mis que 4/5 à cause du restaurant : gros problème de gestion des prises de commande et du service, beaucoup de clients étaient très énervés : prises de commande qui n'arriven pas, commandes non servies et oubliées... sinon hôtel très bien (si on a le temps :) )

Gutes Hotel, an einer stark befahrenen Strasse

Das Hotel ist ganz nett. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück sehr gut mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Das Restaurant fand ich auch sehr gut. Leider liegt es an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Strasse, in dem es dadurch leider sehr laut war. Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze auf Freifläche. Parken war kostenlos und ohne Reservierung verfügbar (es kann aber knapp werden).

Purtroppo ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare stanza perché i materassi erano sfondati, erdeditati dalla catenda precedente. Nella seconda stanza un pò meglio ma consiglio vivamente alla gestione di adattarsi allo standard Accor. Camere carine e accoglienti. Non condivido la scelta degli Style di non fornire più la bottiglietta d'acqua in camera.

Sehr gutes Hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, aber man könnte etwas mehr für die Umwelt tun. Die Betten wurden jeden Tag neu überzogen und die Handtücher gewechselt. Das müßte nicht unbedingt sein. Weniger würde auch reichen.
