"As compared to the previous stay when we stayed for one night, there were a few problems. The room this time was a lot smaller than the previous one. The toilet was so small that in the evening after using the toilet I banged my head to the door handle. I am still getting headaches. The hotel needs to review this room."

"We have stayed here many times now and it is our go to hotel when visiting Toulouse. It is in a great location for the city centre, shopping, bars and restaurants. There is easy access to the airport with a bus stop just around the corner. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. If I was going to be picky I would say that a small fridge would be an advantage. I am pleased to say that having made a request for extra pillows and a different room to the last one both of these requests were met and we had a lovely stay."

"Staff were awesome, ac worked properly. Would have liked slippers and housecoat as advertised for the junior suite. Also no lotion or hair conditioner."

"The room was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would request a room on a quiet floor if you want to sleep well, further away from the terrasse. The rooms were also very warm and the air conditioner didn’t seem to work so the air in the room was stale and dry. It would be tough in the hot days of summer to stay with this issue - which others have commented on. However, I would stay here again in cooler temps as it was within walking distance to most areas."

"Hotel is in a quiet area. A side street a minutes walk away from Jean D’Arc bus terminal. It’s in the City centre but you wouldn’t think it. Close also to a metro station and main attractions are walkable. Clean and tidy with very friendly staff. Reasonably priced too."
