"Personnel souriant, disponible et très courtois. Chambre fidèle à la description. Séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble. Petits bémols : 1. Toute petite salle de sports (avec 1 appareil sur 3 défectueux) et heures d'ouverture réduites (9h-21h, raison : une chambre est attenante à la salle...). 2. Le petit déjeuner est inclus mais servi dans le restaurant de l'hôtel : - 50 minutes d'attente debout puis 30 minutes supplémentaires une fois une table attribuée, pour obtenir notre commande (nous étions dimanche matin mais tout de même... beaucoup trop long pour un service à l'hôtel. Nous sommes habitués à beaucoup plus rapide et efficace !). - Les choix de plats sont réduits ou avec ajout de supplément pour la majorité des plats offerts à la carte aux clients externes. - Bien que les détails lors de la réservation mentionnent : "Nous avons indiqué tous les frais dont l’hébergement nous a fait part", l'hôtel indique sur le coupon à remettre pour le petit déjeuner ainsi que sur la facture au restaurant que les frais de service ne sont pas inclus (15-20%). Plutôt inhabituel pour une réservation de chambre " déjeuner inclus ", - De même, bien que les détails lors de la réservation mentionnent : " Cet hébergement considère que les clients, tous âges confondus, sont des adultes ". Ce n'est pas le cas lors du petit-déjeuner : les enfants ont un choix de 4 plats plus simples ou doivent payer un supplément pour manger un plat "d'adulte "..."
