The front desk staff was very efficient and courteous. We had dinner at the restaurant one night which was very good, the service was great. We also had breakfast one morning.

"The hotel staff were so friendly, helpful and informative. The little extras that the hotel provided like complimentary mini bar in our room ( no spirits but still a great perk) and the free hot drinks station in the foyer was just the job after a day out ( not to mention the free sweets and popcorn). ..."

"When booking this stay I didn’t realize that this modern looking property had 0 air conditioning. Being used to Asian and American hotels I expected it as standard worldwide.
