너무 예쁘고 숙소도 깔끔하고 좋았다 침대도 넓으며, 화장실도 넓고 깨끗했다 3일 머물면서 매우 만족스러웠다. 앞에 마트와 kfc가 있어서 매우 편리했다

아쉬움
객실상태는 좋은편이었으나 복도에서 담배냄새가 나고 그 냄새가 객실까지 들어오는 상황에서 몇번 클레임을 해도 적극적인 조치가 없었던 점이 아쉬움(단체관광객들이 방문을 열어두고 담배피고 소란스럽게 하는 상황이었음).수영장은 멋짐.

숙박 시설이나 주위 환경은 참 좋왔습니다. 하지만 아이 1명이 바스한후에 핫 워터가 없어서 전 가족이 다음날 까지 샤워할수 없었습니다.

걸어가는 거리에 마트 등이 있어 장보기 편하였고, 객실은 큰 편이고 시설도 깔끔하였다. 여름이었다면 수영장 활용이 되었을텐데 그 점은 아쉽지만 자쿠지가 있어 좋았다 :)

It’s such a beautiful experience at Oaks. The service was great. The hotel is very quiet, has easy parking and nice restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The pool was great and we had the apartment which is connected directly to the pool which the kids loved. Hotel itself is pretty dated and the rooms were not very clean. House keeping was only replacement of towels which was missed 1 night during our stay of 4. Location is convenient next to the mall.

Beautiful spot to stay, we had a one bedroom swim out room. The room was neat, tidy and clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipt for what we needed. We had a spa in the bathroom and we were located close to the outdoor spa. All up a lovely holiday and a njce place to get away..

This was a short one night stay until we could get into the private apartment we had booked in the same complex. This room through expedia was much more modern and well equipped. We enjoyed the large tv and 2nd tv in the master bedroom, wifi, updated kitchen, king bed, king singles in the 2nd bedroom, updated bathroom and proximity to the pool & restaurant. A great property that we highly recommend. The heated pool was not heated during our stay. The spas and lagoon pool as well as the gym were excellent.

Great accommodations for families and fantastic pools and spas. Our room was great size that for everyone comfortably with all the amenities inside. Table and coffee tables etc were sticky and needed a good wipe down but other than that, the room was sufficient. Easy check in and check out and surrounding grounds were lovely. Would stay again if in the area.

My husband and I recently stayed here for our wedding anniversary. Overall the property is very run down and needs some love. The room was dirty upon check in - benches and surfaces sticky, cup marks on coffee table (which has not been used by us during our stay) and glass door leading to balcony covered with dirt and water stains. I had mentioned this to reception staff who said they would have the room ''re-cleaned' and that they recently had employees new staff that were learning. The benches remained sticky, water marks remained and glass door was not wiped down. Plantation shutters broken throughout room, making it hard to open and close shutters. The beds are TERRIBLE. Super hard and comfortable. ''King bed'' is two twin beds pushed together and I constantly found myself stuck between the two. It can be quite loud early in the mornings and late at night - which I can get passed but please keep this in mind if you are looking for a restful weekend away. Very low privacy - unfortunately you can see directly into other guests rooms from the balcony. The restaurant staff are great. Location is also great.

We love staying here. Only negative is the depth of the step from balcony into pool. It is a very deep step and hard to either get in or out of pool. We take a small two step plastic stool to help us get out.

Resort is amazing and staff very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely but in need of some renovation and the bathroom sink was almost totally blocked.

We had the most amazing stay. Booked really last minute and the staff were so helpful finding room options for us. Instead of having to change rooms after a night, they were kind enough to let us know of a cancellation and upgrade us for the remainder of our stay. Everything was so clean and spacious, and the pool was incredible. We loved our stay

We loved the pool that went all the way around the resort. So relaxing. Rooms were big and beds were very comfy. Room was serviced daily and staff very friendly. We will definatley be back

Very comfortable hotel room, we loved the huge pool - it never felt crowded. Great to have supermarkets across the road. A short drive to Nelson Bay for lots of dining options. Check in time was 2pm but our room wasnt ready until 2.30pm so that was a little disappointing. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.
