“I came in June 2025 and came back in August 2025 and was just as pleased as the first stay. Perfect location, very clean rooms,,the staff is perfect informative and always helpful. My room was perfect with a perfect view. My first stay in June was for 6 nights and this stay in August was for 6 nights. You step out of the hotel directly to your safe boardwalk and it is located next to the town for all you needs and comfort ”
“We really enjoyed our overnight stay at West Lodge. We had a tranquil garden room so there was no outside noise at all. We also enjoyed being one of two couples in the dining room. Upon ringing the bell the owner arrived promptly and took our orders for cooked breakfast. It soon arrived and was of excellent quality. We will definitely book again if we are in the locality.”

The only downside is that I would have liked somewhere outside to sit as we had a single room apartment. My room smelt a bit of cheap fruity air freshener to disguise the smell of what must have been cigarette smoke. Everything else was perfect. ”

From the thoughtful details to luxurious surroundings loved the self controlled heated towel rail in the bathroom and the gorgeous free fluffy dressing gown to wear everywhere and stylish tote and matching flip flops! Food scrumptious too which was added surprise! ”
“A unique property overlooking the stadium. Huge room which felt nicer than being cramped. The best bit? The breakfast that goes on to 11am. We were in Milton Keynes for an all day festival and so many hotels finish breakfast at 9.30 or 10am....which when you're out late and quite frankly, hungover, you can't always eat that early. Staff were attentive and friendly. Great place!”
“The staff were very welcoming. The room was amazing. The breakfast choices were varied. My wife had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast and i had the big full english, both of which were cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. We highly recommend you stay here if you get the chance.”

“Nice mid-range hotel with excellent spa (best treatments we’ve had, at very fair price, though no pool). Excellent dinner in restaurant & good breakfast. Our room was on 3rd floor and, being an old building, there’s no lift. Room was ok, though a ‘standard’ double, not a queen / king. There’s no air-con, but a good floor standing fan. Good sized bathroom with large shower. We will certainly return here as the spa & food are so good. ”
“Stayed for our 30 anniversary, the staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate. Food is brilliant lots to chose from, and very well cooked. Great breakfast menu, nothing is too much for the staff, will definitely be staying again, room is very clean and tidy, great location, nice selection at bar, keep up the good work.
