“Loved it! First time and Curacao and this was a great stay. I really liked that they had a lot of onsite restaurant but was also next to Mambo Beach so even more restaurants. Loved the accessibility of having a lagoon, bars, pools and even a free shuttle into Willemstad. Nice free perks that we didn't do, but yoga, snorkeling, workout bootcamps. Modern facilities and helpful staff that speaks English and Spanish. I would definitely stay again and rent a car next time (free onsite parking). Thank...

“Cute place walkable to Punda. Staff was ok. We definitely didn't get the overly friendly, helpful staff others mentioned. We arrived with 2 family members who had also booked a stay so we could vacation together, upon arrival they were told their was no room available for them and they were being moved several buildings down to a completely different hotel. They knew we had all planned to stay at the hotel together so they brought us over to the other hotel for a tour to see if we would like...

“Between my family we rented 3 separate rooms here for 5 days each. One of the rooms were amazing! Mine however was not so much, there was no hot water for 3 of the days! I had to call about our AC not working several times. We could only use the pool on the first day of the stay due to it being quite dirty for the remainder of the time. We did reach out with all of the concerns AC was fixed promptly, hot water took days, and pool was never cleaned. The manager did offer to cook breakfast for us...

“The check in process was not hard. However, the floors in the hall are disgusting. This made me nervous about the room. Our bed had a few pieces of hair on the pillowcases. The rooftop was a MESS with old seats and all. It really could use some updating, especially since it is a “hot spot” late night. Music can bother others but didn’t bother me at all- it’s loud! Also, if you don’t catch the cleaning crew while they are there, you are SOL ($@%* out of luck). Somehow our light got clicked that...

“We enjoyed our stay overall but a few things need improvement. Pros: amazing infinity pool at the beach club. beautiful beachfront property, plenty of parking, large mini fridge, bed was decent. Spacious balconies, double sinks, beautiful landscaping & flower varieties, close proximity to other restaurants & stores, connected grocery store. Cons: Housekeeping doesn’t come until day 3. The ac unit above our bed sweated every night (even without us opening the balcony) and dripped on our heads :/...

“The staff was helpful and pleasant. The outdoor pools were a great way to cool off after a day of walking in the heat! Small but did the job! We had an issue with our first room ( in the basement and very dungeon like) but was considered "deluxe/ garden view". We stayed there one night due to late check in and the next day they were able to accommodate us to another room. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. AC worked wonders!”
