“The property is beautifully designed. It is compact but well planned out and very tasteful. Everything you need is there. The breakfast basket is delightful! The cottage is attractive and in a lovely location. It is so easy to just walk across the road for dinner. We loved it!!”

“Lovely old building on the river. Easy walk on town path through scenic Harnham water meadows, with views of the Cathedral, to the city centre. Great to have free parking for clients. The room had everything you need, hairdryer, tea & coffee pods, good bathroom and products. Our room looked over a roof, a view would have been better, but booked late. Some noise from below, but all quiet after 10pm and slept very well. Friendly staff in the dining room, enjoyed evening meal & breakfast.”
