"This place is fantastic! So clean and fresh. All the bedding was amazing and clean. The bathroom was fresh and clean. The pullout sofa bed was one of the best beds I’ve slept on. We stayed in a one bedroom unit as a family of 4 and would definitely book it again. The location is perfect. Don’t hesitate. Book it. "

"Charming hotel in a fantastic neighborhood close to many shops, restaurants and easily walkable to notable tourists sites. City train is less than 5 minute walk. The period decor suits the historic nature of the building but does come with a very small elevator and steep stairs to navigate. The breakfast area is very small but is very lovely in converted cellar with coved ceilings. The variety of food isn’t huge but is satisfying. The family sized room was much bigger than we expected with a main room plus a secondary space with 2 single beds for kids along with a very large bathroom for Parisian standards. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. Our room faced the inner courtyard so was very quiet at night, we slept with the windows open with no problem. Of note there didn’t appear to be any air conditioning that could be problematic in the summer months but was fine for our Spring visit. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in Paris."

"The hotel’s condition was noticeably below expectations. The property appears quite worn, with carpets that are significantly aged—more so than what I’ve encountered in hotels of far lesser stated quality. Given the price point, the overall state of the facilities was surprising and difficult to justify. Breakfast, which we only attempted once, was particularly disappointing. Despite being included, the experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. Food items were frequently empty, and it was challenging to find staff available to replenish them. The breakfast area itself was extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the meal at all. While the inclusion of breakfast is appreciated in theory, in practice it did not meet even basic expectations since we had to go buy food at a nearby cafe when staff were too busy to replenish breakfast items after a considerable wait. "

"Great hotel staff and a great location in the 1st/4th arrondisment area. A little quirky in that if you need towels, toilet paper, etc, you go get them yourself. Also, our room floor was quite dusty even after they cleaned. The only real issue was the ac temp is locked so our room got warm as we got quite a bit of sunlight. Not a bad thing except making the room warm. We left the balcony door open in the evenings to help cool the room. We never tried the breakfast but the 24 hour coffee service was fantastic!"

"This property checked all the boxes for a great stay! Elevator, nice size room and comfortable bed, quiet, nice updated bathroom with heated towel rack and walk-in shower. Lovely area of the city."
