"We have stayed at this hotel many times for quick weekend getaways. While the hotel could use some updating, the price and location make it a reasonable choice for the area. Unfortunately, our most recent stay was disappointing because of an interaction with one of the front-desk employees. My grandson became sick and threw up all over the bedding. I understand it was a busy Friday night, but after waiting about an hour for fresh linens, I had to follow up with the front desk. The woman who assisted me was extremely unpleasant and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her by asking for clean bedding. I was already worried and stressed because I was caring for a very sick child, and the lack of compassion and the attitude I received only made an already difficult situation worse. I understand that busy nights can be challenging, but a little understanding and kindness would have made a big difference. I do want to commend the breakfast staff, who are always extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They consistently provide excellent customer service. Overall, we have enjoyed staying here in the past, but this experience was disappointing and may make us reconsider returning."

"Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. There were several options, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles cereal, bagels, etc. Water was $4.50 for. Small bottle, but you could refill your bottles in the gym. We did not use the gym or pool."

"We have stayed here several times over the last couple of years. The staff is always nice and friendly. The free hot breakfast has a nice selection of foods. The area is nice and safe. Parking our truck and trailer was a little tight. Nice rooms and comfortable mattresses. I would recommend staying at this hotel."

"Our second time at post card cabins and we really enjoy it. Our only complaint this time around is that we texted saying we didn’t need anything replenished and then someone showed up midday and loudly knocked on our cabin (after we had just fallen asleep for a nap) so that was unfortunate. Also the people working there should have a logo or something on them because I was startled when I opened the door and had no clue who the person was initially. It would also be nice if you could request a certain cabin, not sure if this is something they allow but will look into it for future visits as some have much better parking options than others."
