The room was clean and the perfect size and set up for our group. Our only frustration was runnng out of hot water and the people above us sounded like they were jumping off the bed for hours. I would stay there again. We were able to walk to the Salt Palace convention center, City Creek and the Clark Planetarium. Delta center was right there also. Super convenient. Breakfast was excellent.

Most of the staff was excellent. Had an issue with the air-conditioning not working and wasted several hours and a very bad night. Sleep in a very hot room with a frustrating communication loop.

This hotel had a nice downtown location. It had ample space for our party of five, which was great! The breakfast was your typical food service breakfast, but what do you expect included in the price of the room? Parking worked for us, but it is an additional cost per vehicle per night. The employees are very kind and the breakfast options are some of the best I've seen offered in a continental setting. Our only negatives were the fact the refrigerator in our suite kept turning off so our food spoiled and the pull out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable.
