There was a lot of criminal activity in the area. I witnessed police making arrests on various occasions. I did not feel comfortable walking in this neighborhood alone.

The floors are dirty, the room stinks really bad, there is someone else’s spit on the bathroom faucet, there was a loud popping noise in the room that kept me from sleeping. The beep beep of others going into their rooms was constant all night. I had the ac fan on high trying to drown all that out but it didn’t work. The hallway floors and elevator are filthy. People are living in the building with their pets and they are not being cleaned up after. The sheets and the towels were clean though.

It's a bare bones kind of hotel. They have mini kitchens in every room, but there's no pots or pans or are utensils or cups or anything, But at least the bed was comfortable and the water was hot.

They didn't have our rooms that we reserved. We could only get a single bedroom instead of double bed. Don't know what they're going to charge us for it. The rooms didn't have everything they're supposed to like even just a remote for the TV there were burn marks in the bathrooms sink and it was just not maintained at all

I checked in because nobody else had rooms at this price point. The rooms have all of the amenities as advertised. What they don’t tell you is that the rooms are sticky, smell of cigarettes despite the hotel being smoking free. They didn’t change the sheets on one of the beds. This contributed to the smell along with the pubic hairs All over the place. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The shower had a layer of grime and filth. The mold and rust were an interesting interior design choice. The stove was left on in my room prior to me checking in. The noise was extreme. Couples fighting in the hallway at 11:45 at night was something I hadn’t had for a few years, so thanks for helping me remember life in a poorer neighborhood. My first night there, there was a fire alarm at 8:30 as someone burnt their tortillas and then opened their door. None of this would have mattered if I got a better room. When I asked for one, I was told the smoke smell was another tenant 2 doors down. I was told the sheets get washed. In the 3 nights I was there, my sheets were never changed.

I don't think words can describe this place. Maybe go in and look around before you pay. The check in process was awful because the phone on the wall was poorly constructed so when you pressed 1 for an attendant, it would hang up the call. After 20 minutes of that, someone from corporate found the attendant and I was able to check in. There was a smell. The AC did not get cold, there was a huge hole in the screen so mosquitos could come in if you wanted fresh air. The towels (they only allow you two at a time) were dirty. The one bed in the room was a rollaway bed. This was a hotel nightmare.

Rather unkempt. Floor needed to be swept. Room had a terrible cigarette smell. Towels smelled like cigarettes. There was 2 of us and we were only allowed 2 towels.

Alright place pretty good
It was good even though the hotel is undergoing some renovations. I enjoy the kitchen area and the option to checkout utensuls @the front desk. The limited freedom 2 use all of the doors for exit & entrance with the building but for whatever reason atm only the main door is used for traffic and the remaing doors are emergency only... its good enough for now thank you guys

Two of the room where quarantined off by the state, do to them being used as a meth lab. The red paper on one room said they were there in September of 2022. Would not recommend. Tried to get a refund by calling expedia, who called the hotel, and the hotel said that since we had checked in, and it didnt matter how long of time we were there ( which wasnt long) we could not recieve one. We are out about $90. So, heres your review expedia, and extended stay!!!! Leason learned!!!!
