Copthorne Hotel Plymouth
8/10 Good
"We selected this property for proximity to the conference venue and for fitness centre. Little disappointed with fitness centre - no free weights less machines and really small. There were many people coming to workout and having to wait so not well equipped. Rest property was great with clean spacious rooms. Major plus was the parking available in Sainsbury next to hotel at reasonable price and beyond the checkout time. We loved our stay there so much we extended it a by a day so that sums it up!"
"Excellent standard for a dog friendly hotel. Whilst the team behind the bar could not of been friendlier and helpful a warmer welcome on arrival would have made the whole experience perfect.
Will definitely be booking again as so easy and wonderful that our fur pups are so welcomed 👍"
"What a delightful place. Room was lovely (4 poster room). Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The lady serving breakfast was so lovely. Will definitely stay again, we loved it. Thank you."
"First of all, say that the hotel system gives you a room, it has nothing to do with the reception. The system awarded me a room that was not very prepared yet, it smelled a lot of paint and had no little soaps, but without any problem I told Paul and he assigned me in another room much better with everything I needed. He was very friendly at all times with me, helpful apologized and gave incredible attention. No noise to sleep, the bed was a little soft on the mattress, but I was able to rest well, they go every day to check you out and clean the room and ask you if you need anything. and check out at 11:00 pm."
"We were amazed at how fabulous this hotel was for a ‘budget’ choice. So clean, comfortable and has really good standards of everything, little touches such as toiletries and robes. Cannot fault it!"
"I truly enjoyed my stay here, the ammenities were well kept and clean, the staff were very attentive and friendly, the spa facilities were great, the food was delicious and of course the views were breathtaking."
