"When we arrived at our room, my husband walked in and said "It smells like beef in here", he has alphagal mind you. We always inspect our room before bringing anything in, and upon inspection, we found an old bowl of steak and ribs in the microwave. We were promptly given a new room, which was so dirty with dust and absolutely disgusting under the bed at the headboard. Needless to say, it was a total disappointment."

Parts of the tub were dirty and some caulking needed replacing. The tissue holder was falling out of the wall. None of the outlets would keep things plugged in and the charging ports didn’t work."
