All with this property goes terrible! Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients.

Os quartos são bem espaçosos, porém apesar de novos tem alguns detalhes que poderiam melhorar, falta um cabideiro para pendurar roupas limpas e algumas tomadas estavam sem o escudo de proteção. Mas nada que prejudique a experiência. O ponto negativo foi que durante dois dias da estadia, um grupo de mais de cem pessoas utilizou o local para fazer uma grande festa onde não houve respeito algum por horário de silencio

Café da manhã razoável, porém ficando a deixejar em algumas coisas como sucos ralos, pão de queijo de má qualidade, falta de algum equipamento para espantar moscas, pois encontrei mosca no ovo mexido vindo da cozinha. Limpeza dos quartos horrível, fiquei hospedado por 7 dias e só trocaram as roupas de camas uma única vez. Faltou toalha de rosto , fui pedir e falaram que estavam esperando chegar. Quartos sem telefone para poder entrar em contato com recepção, falta de secador no quarto, cofre estragado, fui solicitar a troca e só fizeram faltando um dia para acabar minha estadia. Estacionamento para poucos carros. O hotel precisa investir no treinamento dos funcionários na questão da educação, principalmente nos funcionários da recepção, sendo que a única que salva é a Sra. Bruna. Funcionários da limpeza, mal educados, falando alto e dando gargalhadas pelos corredores, deixando os carrinhos da limpeza pelo meio do caminho, atrapalhando as passagens dos hóspedes e falta de orientação da governanta.

Hotel com pessimo atendimento(exceto o seguranca noturno), recepção sem educação, limpeza horrivel, um dia sem toalha, outro sem sabonete, sem contar que roupa de camas manchadas e sujas, banheiro com registro do chuveiro quebrado(pedi para arrumar e so enganaram, qaurto sem blackout na cortina, pedi para colocar nao colocaram, e somente qdo pedi para falar com o gerente que me trocarm de quarto, algo que deveria ser padrao pois as 6 o sol ja ta alto, cafe simples mas gostoso, atendentes do café simpaticas e agradavel, mas não voltarei e nao recomendo.

Chegamos e não conseguimos fazer check in, entramos com uma criança de onze anos e nem Documento pediram, o atendente mal dirigiu a palavra, quartos cheirando a mofo, roupa de cama mal lavadas, sem wi fi, sem televisão e estacionamento pequeno! Pior estadia. Mudamos de hotel no segundo dia!
