This is three blocks from the beach and three blocks from the grocery store. It’s an excellent, comfortable, modern place to stay.

The location was good. Safe and close to the beach, stores, eateries etc. The housekeeper was always making sure everything was clean. I loved the "chill" areas a lot (inside and outside)! The bathroom and swimming pool could be a bit larger. Unfortunately the ac was leaking and the bathroom had a bad urine smell.

You can definitely tell this place is new based on how updated everything is. I was very impressed with the amenities and the rooftop pool. Definitely an excellent value for the money.

Room was small but good, property is nice and has everything you need. We really appreciated having access to a gym and coworking space. Negatives were that we couldn't adjust the temperature in the shower so it was quite hot, communication on check-in wasn't clear, and the washing machines in the building's laundry room didn't wash our clothes properly.

New, snall studios, clean, good common work areas, desk staff helpful. Just a couple minutes waln tibeach and many restaurants.Biggest colplaint snd hassle was dealing w/ AI bots on website when tried to extend for a couple days. Lost a half a day trying.

Salvador Barra Stay

Generally good building and comfortable. Studio flat design and especially shower - toilet room is not really comfortable- so small even to 1 fit person to use comfortable way . Sevurity is good but over secured . I do understand Salvador Bahia general public security consern. Communication should be international- including in english . Apartment should have full written information about all building use and rules and wifi information. Long stay should included some complementary cleaning . Overall I was happy to stay there and I feel secure and safe and all I needed was available in House - decent gym and handy laundry facility and top floor roof pool . Thank you and I will visit Salvador Barra again xxx

Good location but support was not satisfatory .

God location near the beach and shopping. New facility and clean. The room is little but has a lot of garderobe space. Full size refrigerator. negative point was that the reception can not fix problems or change the rooms in case of necessity. The sink in my room was driping and water came to the floor and into the cabinet under the sink. I get no help and I had remove the water by myself and wait for the next day because the reception do not take care of the problems that are inside the room. I had to contact the support by WhatsApp and they could not help me to get the sink fixed or change my room until next day. Very difficult to get contact to the support.

It was centered to almost anything you’d want to do in Bahia. Shopping, dining, hitting the beach. Great location and well maintained. There was always security there as well, but the area itself felt safe anyways. I had a great experience here.

Too many issues. All emails and comms in Portuguese and didn't reply to my message. No reception or staff other than security guard. When I arrived at at 7pm it was locked and only uses biometrics which they had not taken yet, so I could not get in. The security eventually let me in but very confusing. Room was clean but had chemical cleaner smell. AC worked good. Walls very thin and could hear neighbors taking showing and chatting fortunately they were quiet the rest of the time. Has balcony but the view is of ugly 70s looking buildings like in The Bronx. No English language stations only Portuguese. Bed was basic. Hot water worked good in shower - a rarity in Brazil. It's a popular area to stay in but the nearby beach is very dirty and full of garbage.

O edifício tem uma boa estrutura com piscina, academia, loja de conveniência, lavanderia… o quarto é bem equipado, tudo bem cuidado. Muito bem localizado. Poderiam caprichar um pouco mais na limpeza, mas eu sou bastante exigente quanto a isso.

Equipe muito gentil e solícita. Fui colocada em um quarto que estava sem energia, mas rapidamente fui realocada pra outro. Este outro quarto estava limpo, mas tinha bastante mofo no banheiro e era um pouco menos equipado que o primeiro. Como minha estadia foi rapida, deu tudo certo e fiquei bem.

Quarto limpo, silencioso e confortável. A localização é ótima, perto da praia e da rua de restaurantes/barzinhos. A acomodação atende ao que se espera, bem perto da praia, dá para fazer tudo andando. Acomodação nova. Segurança é boa também, rua tranquila, com padaria, banco e farmácia. Quanto ao aspecto negativo, a acomodação não oferece cobertor, em que pese Salvador ser um local quente, não significa que as pessoas não precisem de um cobertor quando ligam o ar-condicionado para dormir confortavelmente. A política de visitas a área externa também é ruim. Quanto a garagem, as vagas são rotativas, mas em determinados momentos, principalmente noturno, o controle de vagas é ineficiente, e com isso as vagas ficam indisponíveis pela falta de fiscalização da forma como os hóspedes estacionam seus veículos, ocupando mais que uma vaga.
