Outstanding ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience during my stay. The room was very clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall comfort exceeded my expectations. What a gem of a hotel! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the delightful and welcoming team to the end of our most enjoyable stay everything was seamless. The room was very clean and bright and the bed was very comfortable. The house keeping team were delightful. The location of the hotel is simply excellent. On the doorstep of the major attractions. Lots of eateries nearby as well as supermarkets. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet which was very good value, and included lovely home baked goods as well as hot and cold options. It was a bonus to be able to serve ourselves hot chocolate and coffee at any time during the day, very welcome indeed after a day of walking in the snowy weather. We enjoyed our stay enormously.
