위치 적당하고 번화가는 아니라서 조용합니다. 중앙역하고 호엔잘츠부르크성 중간쯤되서 이동이 편합니다. 다만 침구류가 아주 깨끗하지는 않은 것 같고 머리카락이 약간씨 보여서 마음에 걸리더군요

오스트리아에서 2박을 했는데 짤쯔부르크 자체가 큰 곳은 아니여서 역에서 숙소까지 걸어가는데 짐끌고 10분정도 걸린것 같아요~! 그 후 관광지를 모두 도보로 이동 가능한 거리여서 좋았어요~! 조용하고 깨끗하고 아주 좋았어요~! 햇반을 먹고 싶어서 전자렌지에 돌려달라고 했더니 좀 무시하는듯한 말투와 표정을 제외하고는 아주 좋았습니다.

그닥 추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔, 유머감각 좋고 친절한 남자 주인만 인상깊음
잘츠부르크 페스티벌을 가기 위해 예약을 하던 중 너무 늦어져 전에 갔던 호텔은 이미 솔드아웃이라 새로 리노베이션된 이 호텔을 골랐음. 주인은 매우 친절하고 조식당도 응대가 좋고 편안했으나 그외 직원이나 룸의 청결도가 너무 별로임. 룸의 냉방장치가 별로인건지 없는건지 습도가 높고 쾌적하지 못함

What is good: - Awesome location - Looks nice and modern - Fancy shower What is bad: - Should be cleaner for the price. Generally, it was clean but a lot of dust on everything. - No daily cleaning - Almost no wifi, so don't count on it. Slow and discount all the time. - They have a WhatsApp bot that replies to you. If something goes wrong in my case wifi, there is no one to help and the communication with the bot gets you nowhere.

Best place for me and my girlfriend to sleep away from the crowds yet close enough to the old town. Check in was perfect. The storage lockers were awesome for our last day before our train in the afternoon. Definitely staying here next time I visit

Hotel was perfect for our needs . Good instruction for access via code & wifi. Quiet & comfortable . Easy to walk into city centre , including Christmas markets. Loved every minute. Only dropped a star for an issue with no hot water on one day of our stay. Had to enquire via messenger to resolve the issue. Communication was good. Would stay again 😀

Quiet, well decorated and comfortable room. Free. Water/beer/chips, good bath (though small) with heated floor. Very well designed and was pleasure to stay in. The only negative (with sometime is positive...) was the lack of any human interaction from reservation till checkout. All by email, receiving the code etc. Worked fine, but felt a bit strange... Perhaps this is the future...

Not worth it
For the price paid, it's just not worth it. We stayed here for 4 nights and it was just a hassle. There was NO reception desk which I wasn't aware of at the time of booking (I just thought the virtual supplemented an physical) and it was a hassle to whatsapp chat with them for anything and everything - from wifi, to getting toilet paper, iron etc. Everytime I was messaging with them, it was a waste of time on my holiday. For example, our shower didn't have enough pressure - so they asked me to make a video and share the issue (not what I want to do on a holiday!!), instead of sending someone over to have a look which is what is usually done in hotels as pricey as this one. There is also no housekeeping daily - which wasn't mentioned on their page either. The pros - location was great, good amenities, easy check in.

Lovely hotel
Loved this hotel! Beautiful spacious nicely decorated room with a comfy bed and every amenity you could ask for, all complimentary. Conveniently located near the train station, many dining options and tourist attractions, including old town. Nice restaurant/bar in the hotel. Complimentary luggage storage lockers. Had a glitch with virtual check-in but they were readily available by phone.

Very nice, recently renovated, well-priced. Within walking distance from the train station and the main sites. The self-serve check-in/out works great (assuming you have cell service). Offering free luggage storage lockers if the room isn’t ready is brilliant.

Very nicely decorated and big room. There is no staff on site but the self service work well. I found the links to the website often didn’t work on my phone but we managed to check in and out using other means. Hotel is in a nice and quiet area a short walk from the station but close to the main attractions

There is no reception staff and this is a big downside for me. Room was small but clean and the bed was very comfortable. No air conditioning, but the room was actually pretty comfortable in spite of 90 degree F heat during the day. Staff in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) were amazing and very professional.

Very beautiful remodeled room and bathroom. Outside of the hustle and bustle but still in good walking distance to all attractions. Very quiet neighborhood. Very responsive when I contacted them regarding needing more towels.

Numa is the perfect place to stay in Salzburg for a solo traveler looking to have a few days in the heart of the city. The location is ideal, quiet but still not far from the middle of the city. The included breakfast is well worth it and the rooms are amazing! Would highly recommend!
